We need water now.
While we can’t make it rain we can modernize and expand our water system now. This initiative produces results now, not 10 or 15 or 20 years down the road. By clearly stating our water priorities in the state Constitution, our current water system can immediately operate more flexibly to store and deliver water throughout the state, and construction of new water projects can begin as early as 2018, having an immediate positive impact on the economy of the state.
It’s for the people.
